Question All of my games don't feel smooth

I recently installed RX 570 and I played alot of games and the games don't feel smooth I have over 200 fps on most of the games but they feel like I'm playing on 30 fps. I installed new drivers, changed settings and turned on V-sync and still feels the same.
I have a 60hz monitor but I don't think that's the issue because I played on my igpu and the games felt very smooth even over 100 fps
Is there a fix?
