Question All of my games keep crashing.

Hi, I recently finished building a pc with a friend (I gave him money, he bought and assembled) and every time I open a game to play, it crashes within 10 minutes. I’ve had a friend’s father look at it since he’s pretty experienced with pcs but he can’t identify the problem either. Can anyone please tell me any ideas you have on why it’d keep crashing? The CPU and GPU are barely even touched when I’m playing these games since I’ve monitored them while playing so I’m not really sure what the problem is.
(I’ll try and get specifications from my friend who built the pc for further info.)

What are the specifications for this system? Please list the make/model of all installed components. We need this information to start the troubleshooting process.

You also placed this thread in the overclocking section. Are you actually overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)? If so, stop and revert to stock speeds.

Have you performed any troubleshooting yourself? If so, what?

Have you tested anything, like your memory, with an app like memtest?

Is your motherboard BIOS, Windows, and your main drivers up to date?

These are the types of questions we'll need answers to in order to assist better.
