[SOLVED] All PC Games suddenly running much slower.

I moved a week ago, my games were running at high to medium fps (depends on the game).
E.g. CS GO was running at around 3 to 400 Fps, then I moved.
When I was about to set up my PC I realized how dirty it was so I cleaned it.
I set the Pc up and started playing CS Go and it was basically unplayable, my Fps were around a 100 and 200 which on paper doesn't sound bad but it was constantly lagging, not like still screen lags but constantly looking very bad and flickering.
I already checked for a virus or malware.
Open for all suggestions.

What things did you do when you "cleaned it"?

Check Task Manager and Resource Monitor for possible bottlenecks.

Also: "you moved". Could be an ISP related issue. Double check all ISP and network settings.

Inspect the cable and network connections - could be a faulty connection/wire.

Omg I just made a post with the same problem right now with the exact same problem IDK what is going on I was running CSGO with my RTX 2060 on 300+ fps easily now I don't pass 130 fps
