[SOLVED] All PC Lights and Fans Are Working, But Monitor Receives No Signal and Keyboard/Mouse doesnt light up

so i have this pc from 2016

psu gigabyte recluse 580
ram ddr3 8gb
gtx 960 asus strix
intel i3 4160

2 days ago it suddently shut down by it self
when i turned it on monitor has no signal , no peripherals seems to be working , mouse keyboard ..ect
but the psu is working and the processor fan is working , gpu light is on

i tried to take the ram out and then in again and changed the place but still same problem

is it possible that the motherboard maybe is not working anymore although the processor fan is working fine
or maybe the psu is failing to provide enough power ?

update i changed the gpu and still same problem

I would suspect the PSU to be the issue here. Gigabyte has infamously bad PSU's.

i mean 5 years is decent , anyways gonna try to change it and drop an update for future viewers although someone had the same issue he changed the psu and it didnt work but i ll try , ty

solved , just reset bios to default , saw some people buying new gpus ..ect , its just the bios settings
