Wondering about those 255.255.255.255 subnet mask entries/references in the log.
Check your devices - do you have anything set with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255?
Would normally expect 255.255.255.0
As for the DHCP IP address range: See Page 28 of the User Guide. IP Pool Count. That value determines the allowed DHCP IP address range.
(I usually limit the value to the number of network devices within my network plus 4 more to allow guests.)
Can you run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" from the command prompt?

My pc uses 255.255.255.0 in the static ip address configuration
I couldn't assign an ip address outside the allowed range "Error 258 is not a valid entry. Please specify a value between 0 and 255"
