[SOLVED] All ports but 1 work on my 2070 Super

I've been trying to figure out why my ports do not work at all on my GPU and it doesn't make sense. Back home I was able to have 2 screens set up, but now I can only get 1 running and only on the first DP port.

I'm trying to put an HDMI in for my fiance and her screen won't show up. When I go into Display Settings, it shows that Display 2 isn't active. We have tried multiple HDMI cables and still "No Signal". She has an Acer H236HL Monitor. There is no DP port. There are VGA and DVI, but my GPU does not have that.

Any clue on what is wrong? Both mine and hers show up as Generic PnP Monitor as well on Device Manager.

You are using adapters on the card? I'd guess the issue is with the adapters as the first step to check. You need to make sure you have active adapters if connecting to VGA.
