All ports dead

I am currently having a problem with every port on my computer i have tried just about everything the computer is receiving power because all fans and lights work on the computer its self but the ports are the problem. since i have no access to keyboard and mouse i cant do much. the ports seem to be receiving power (my phone can be charged) but whenever i try to plug in a keyboard or mouse into any port including ps2 ports the lights flicker and then they're out. I have tried unplugging and re-plugging all cords from the motherboard as well as the ram but still no luck. Please help!

Try using a different PSU - the one you have now may not be delivering power under load (fans and lights don't draw much power). The 12 V output may be low.
