All programs acting up.

List your specs so we can better help! Without them listed my best guess is maybe a slow hard drive. Is it an old drive, or does it make noise? It could also be some malware! When you first setup a PC and install a lot of programs its easy for malware to makes its way onto your system.

No its a new build i have a ssd as a boot drive, and a external 1Tb of storage.
I did install drivers and some programs but i did a virus scan (Malwarebytes) and its clean.

p.s. I updated the main thread

Its not the whole system that stutters just that specific program i am currently using.

Example:
I open up task manager, stops responding.
but i can open up chrome and serf the web quick and without any problems

Yes it is Sandisk ssd dashboard I have it I already did a SMART test and it passed

I still did not get what antivirus you are running your link is dead do you have windows system restore running ??

Bitdefender & Malewarebytes, sorry about that.

yeah they are good thats my next step when my eset runs out / just a thought you are not using any power saving features that would not be good on the ssd / I do like to use Wise Care 365 but up too you really I still think there is probably something in your startup that should not be there, I am sorry that we have not been able too solve this hope you find the answer soon

Well my startup looks clean?

My PC is on high performance mode

p.s. Don't worry i appreciate everyone's help

see I have had annoying stutters with my PC for a long while and I considered my rig quite top end or middle at least and I bought a 27 BenQ XL2720Z which was not cheap but very well worth the money I do not know if this the type of problem though but can recommend that screen though
