Solution J J jay32267 May 22, 2018 It sounds like it could be. When you start any program, it generally loads whatever it needs to into memory....pretty much as fast as it can. I think this is what you might be seeing. This shouldn't last very long though....a few seconds to a minute max and that's stretching it.
