All programs not working? - Entry point not found?

So until yesterday everything was fine,

Now photoshop, illustrator and some other programs almost all programs give an error when opening "Photoshop.exe - Entry Point Not Found" "The procedure entry point __crtCreateSymbolicLinkW could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\MSVCP110.dll."

What's wrong? How can i fix it?
