Hello, I am helping a friend build a PC and we finally got it all put together and when we booted it, all the Q-LED lights on the computer came on. We tried practically everything I could think of and what the internet could find me like removing the CMOS, reseating everything, taking the GPU out and trying to boot but we could not get the lights to go away. The CPU pins look fine, it seats nicely, the cooler is on tight and runs fine. I am just completely stumped on what the problem is but I basically know nothing past surface level so please help me out.

Solution
Check the power cabling from PSU to motherboard, take some pictures and uplpoad to imgur or similar, so we can see what the problem could be.

But most likely the BIOS of the motherboard is not up to date and doesn´t support the CPU yet. To update you will need a CPU that is running out of the box, since the board doesn´t provide flashing the BIOS without a running CPU. e.g. Ryzen 3 3100

Or the shop you got it from can flash it for you.

Or you get a motherboard which supports it out of the box or has a feature button called "bios flashback"

The motherboard says it supports bios flashback I am fairly sure. I will check again tonight when I get home and update
