Question All the fans stop while booting

I just build a new system with parts below. When I turn the pc on, I see BIOS screen and all the fans stop for a while, loading icon shows up and fans start to work again. I already changed the ram slots, tried different rams, tried different cpu (ryzen 3600), updated bios, disabled fans other than cpu one, disabled gpu and nothing changed. I also did OCCT+Memtest and it was all okay. What do you guys think, what is the problem?

Gigabyte B450M S2H
Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz 8x2 RAM
MSI 5500 XT 8 GB
Corsair VS650

Maybe there's no problem and it's part of the BIOS startup sequence?
If they spin continuously after this...I suspect that this is possible.

when you said all the fans stop. that include the cpu fan? did you connect the fan to the right connection on the motherboard?

Yes, cpu fan stops as well and yeah, I connect it.

Maybe you can find someone with the same board and ask them....but it also might need to be running the same BIOS for it to occur.

I don't recall coming across this ever happening....but I don't always pay attention.

....as I said....I think it's "possible" it may be normal.... but I don't know that it is.
