all the games i play i get mostly low fps

basically on most of the games i play i lag like crazy even though i should not be lagging that badly and i dont know why.

Specs:
GPU: GTX 750 sc 1gb
CPU: amd a4 6300 dual core 3.7 ghz (came with intergrated graphics)
RAM: 8 gb
Motherboard: MSI A68HM GRENADE
Power unit : idk name but 500w
i play on 1440 x 900 resolution

games i play that lag somehow:
CS:GO - some maps run better then others but i still lag
rocket league - i lag about the same amount on max settings as i do on lowest settings

Both cpu limited and that cpu is very low end unfortunately.

Lag? That would be entirely based on your internet connection, and how many other people in your house are sharing it.
You only mentioned online games, so besides your computer hardware being kinda weak, unless you're talking about low FPS, it's all internet related.
