The GTX 1060 comes in 2 variants: the 6GB and the 3GB. The RX 480 also comes in 2 variants: the 8GB and the 4GB. Generally, RX 480 8GB is slightly better than the GTX 1060 6GB in some selected games, the VRAM, and price/performance, but in other games, mostly, the GTX 1060 tops it in fps just slightly. Same goes for the RX 480 4GB versus the GTX 1060 3GB, it all depends on the particular games.

If you're not overclocking, might as well get the i5-7600. Same 3.5GHz base clock speed as that i5-6600K, higher turbo boost speed of 4.1GHz (versus 3.9GHz of the i5-6600K), much recent Kaby Lake processor, and all for a lower price ($10 less).

You did not list a motherboard, so, I'm assuming you are getting a B150 or H110 for that initially-selected i5-6600K (since you don't plan to overclock). If you'll follow my above suggestion for an i5-7600, then get a B250 to eliminate any BIOS update issues.

I am assuming also you'll be gaming at 1440p with that GTX 1070 GPU? If just at 1080p, then that GTX 1070 will be overkill. Better price/performance for 1080p resolution gaming will be the GTX 1060 or RX 480.

The PSU, at 650W, is also an overkill. Not sure of the exact model you selected in the EVGA lineup, but for a better quality and ample wattage, I'd suggest you get the EVGA SuperNOVA G3 or G2 -- 550W is more than enough (even if you overclock). Another brand/model is the Seasonic G-550. If budget is a concern, you can get the Seasonic M12II-520.

It would help if boot time and loading times if you can squeeze in an SSD in there.
