Question All usb and hdmi ports not working

Hello, this morning I tried to turn on my pc but when I did I realized that the lights on my mouse weren’t working and the monitor was on but just black. I have tried everything online if anyone knows a fix to this please tell me.

Pc Specs and psu model.
clear cmos remove cmos battery and install againg.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G (4-Core) 4.2 GHz Turbo
Motherboard: ASUS prime a320m-k
System Memory: 8GB DDR4 Digital Storm Performance Series
Power Supply: 600W Digital Storm Performance Series
Gpu: Radeon 580

I tried clearing the cmos but it didn’t do anything

remove all usb devices if any wire damage.
try removing gpu as you have 3400g check onboard hdmi.

Still no luck.

Try other psu or friends psu.
if not work then may be board error.
