Question All USB connections don’t work and neither does Monitor

For a while I’ve had an issue where randomly my monitor would shut off and my pc would crash but remain lit up. Last night my pc crashed the same way as usual, but now my monitor no longer works and neither does my mouse or keyboard.

I’ve installed a new power supply
Reset CMOS
Booted off of mobo HDMI
Booted without GPU installed
Taken out RAM and put it back in
And it still doesn’t work.

If anyone knows possible fixes please help.

Little more context:
I just installed my mobo and cpu 2 days ago but I feel my CMOS battery may be the issue as the time was 2 hours and 4 minutes behind. I’m calling the motherboard manufacturer tomorrow for a replacement.

Ryzen 5 2600 6cores 12threads
Radeon RX 480 4gb
ATX12V 650w Bronze Semi modular CXM (I put this in after my pc had this issue)
500gb Samsung 860 EVO evo
120GB ssd (don’t know brand)
1TB HDD (don’t know brand)
16GB of RAM
Windows 10 Home
