Hello,
All my USB ports get disabled after booting Windows. They work pretty well in BIOS and using a bootable Windows 10 Recovery Drive. I've tried repairing, system restore to a previous working date, uninstalling latest quality update, uninstalling latest feature update, and nothing works. I also tried adjusting some USB BIOS settings but it didn't help. I don't have PS/2 ports to use my keyboard+mouse after booting, which is even more challenging.
Here's my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/ZCr6Mp
Board: Asus Z170I PRO GAMING Mini ITX LGA1151
I have CMD access using the recovery USB drive. Is there something else I can do? Should I try "Reset this PC"? I want this to be my last resort since I do have a lot of apps and don't have a lot of time to reinstall them. In fact, some of them are single-use licenses.
Thanks in advance.
Best,
