Question all video player glitch

I am running a NVIDIA RTX 3060 TI on my laptop and rarely sometimes all video players become weird and whenever i fullscreen the player or even without fullscreen the video just goes into a sliding animation something like in windows movie maker the video is like sliding across the screen fast


The laptop is new asus rog zephyrus m16

Any ideas whats causing this it happens randomly ?

it is not a software it is videos or livestreams that play on browsers
