All websites since updating are giving error message "there is a problem connecting securely to this website" for EVERYTHING e

I'm running an Acer netbook and for EVERY website I get this error message (in the title) and "you're connection isn't private." I ALWAYS connect to public wifi because I drive a semi! Please help. I can't connect to iTunes or anything else, so basically have a paper weight for a computer. It worked fine before the update, so I uninstalled the latest 2 hoping that would fix it, but nothing!
