All windows accounts are locked out... help

I have a dell laptop that was formerly on our domain. It was taken off and decommissioned after the person using it was let go. Now I'm trying to get it back on the domain and recommission it for deployment, HOWEVER... All user/admin accounts are currently locked out.

Our admin account is locked,
Our company admin MS account won't work (even though I just logged out of it w/ another PC it worked just fine).
I eventually got into safe mode and enabled the built in admin account 'administrator' with no password and that didn't work.

I'm trying to boot into hirens boot cd so I can reset the admin password that way but its being difficult trying to get the dam thing to boot on to it.

Any suggestions?

we can't provide ANY help as to password bypassing. We have no way of knowing(and you have no way to prove) ownership of the PC.

since you have aces on domain with another pc redo all your domain settings on your laptop or check with your it service .
