[SOLVED] All windows apps lost connection browser works

My wife and I went to watch Netflix tonight and it said I had to be connected to the internet. I do have a good connection, browser works, itunes works, origin with no problem gaming. Windows update wont work, windows store, hell even solitaire tells me I have no connection. I tried running the trouble shooter and it tells to check things with the modem and wiring. There is one other PC on the same Modem/router and it is working fine. Also on my PC I have full speed during a speed test. Everything seems fine with the modem. I have searched around for about an hour and tried a few things but nothing works. Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you please check if the Windows Update service is enabled?

You can find this service by typing SERVICES.MSC in the Cortana search box, and scrolling down to the 'W' section in the Services snap-in that opens up.

If this doesn't help, please try updating the NIC driver.

If the issue persists, Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command could resolve the issue.
