I have this wireless adapter (http://www.tp-link.com/lk/products/details/cat-11_TL-WDN3800.html) in my PC's PCIe port. It works perfectly fine, all the drivers are up to date and the BIOS is configured to allow the PCIE, USB, and every other type of device to Wake the PC. I have a wireless adapter with an ethernet port that plugs into my wall that doesn't have the box greyed out and it works perfectly fine with WOL. I want WOWL to work with my wireless adapter because of inconvienences with the adapter. The box is grayed out and the only thing I found online to fix this issue is going into command prompt and typing powercfg -deviceenablewake "TRENDnet N600 Wireless Dual Band PCIe Adapter", but it gives me the error You do not have the permission to enable or disable device wake. I did a seperate search for that and it told me to make an administrator account using this command Net User Administrator /active:yes and then try the command when signed into that account. Still the same error. Where am I going wrong?
