I have trying to figure out how to give like certain computers a small amount of bandwidth access from my WiFi while giving others more, like my TV for streaming movies so I need all your help on how to accomplish this.

I am not very tech savey so explanations like I was a little kid will be very helpful.

I have Amped Wireless R10000G router with B G N capabilities and 2.4GHz, so hopefully someone knows how to program the router so I can give little or more to certain products like cell phones, computers and my TV which I want the most going to. I only want to let computers and cell phone access the internet only, not the network and I would love to have security so they can not be hacked, the network that is.

Thanks everyone in advance!

Guest network could work for you.
You may restrict users to specific SSIDs or provide access only to some users with lower bandwidth by changing the band (i.e. only allow 802.11b access to specific users).
Guest Networks may also be set with restrictions so that guests can only access the Internet and not the local network.

For thoose you want to maximize connection for you can use the QoS (Quality of Service)

QoS prioritizes and guarantees network performance for a specific IP Address range or MAC Address. QoS is often used for applications that require steady bandwidth. Common applications include VoIP phones, video streaming applications, online gaming
and servers.
