basically the problem and my specs can be seen on the photos, if they dont load the problem is cpu usage only hits around 5-10%max while gpu sits on 99%.
Specs - 5 5600x, 1660 6GB, 16GB RAM
how do I fix that, because it stays like that for whole sessionslook like cpu is waiting on gpu.
CUBE II MAX 600W psu, and I dont know how to check gpu frequency maybe this shows itwhat the gpu freq?
brand and model of the psu?
try lower game detail?

CPU is so much more powerful than what is required that it can support the GPU with it's eyes closed.
I do often see quick drops and now like 2-3 second freezes, but somehow after Nvidia released new drivers a few days ago it became a lot better, maybe it had to do something with my gpu drivers, since no matter how much I reinstalled them (drivers), other games like Baldur's Gate 3 were also having problems, but with new drivers all's fine.Is there actually a problem PLAYING the game though? Do you for instance have a lot of stutters or hitching, or is the FPS low or does it dip a lot? The FPS graph clearly presents no such problem.
Since your GPU is about 40% faster than even the recommended GPU, I have to think it's just that your CPU is so much more powerful than what is required that it can support the GPU with it's eyes closed.
I am ALWAYS skeptical about posts that seem to present mere bench stats as being the same as a game performance problem, especially when ZERO is said about actual game performance.
Now granted, typically you don't see CPU usage hovering WELL below 20%, but when I don't see anything mentioned about actual game performance problems, I have to think it might be a knee jerk reaction.
