Almost nothing is connecting to new router

I've been trying to set up a new router (Nighthawk AC2600) and it's just been a complete disaster. Only the desktop is connecting to it without issue. One laptop connects to it, but it drops internet every minute or so. My other laptop just won't connect at all. I've tried a wide variety of things, including ipconfig, /release, /flushndns, /renew. I've tried everything with netsh commands. i've tried sfc /scannow. I've tried creating a static IP address for the laptop. Nothing works. I was able to ping 127.0.0.1, but 192.168.1.1. I went to routerlogin.com but a lot of the options were grayed out. It said QoS was "Not supported" and wouldn't let me click on anything.

This doesn't mean anything to me, but hopefully someone here will be able to understand something from it.

My Xbox One, Xbox 360, Blu-Ray player, and Kindle Fire also aren't connecting either, but i'm trying to take it one device at a time.

Sometimes my router goes mad and all I can do is one of these advices: 192.168.1.1. In other cases I’m just dreaming about computer fairy with a magic wand))) Or calling the support service(
