[Alone SSD] Bootable on a desktop, not with laptop (AHCI ON)

I did a brief research, couldn't find nearest answer
Case solving: SSD with Windows is booting on
a desktop (all other drives disconnected) while
when its plugged to laptop (AHCI ON) (all other
drives disconnected) [ Samsung NP550P5C-S03 ]
- BIOS can see it but it does not appear in
a boot section. What would you do?
Files, settings and installed programs are important

your desktop and laptop are different motherboard, they have their own drivers and programs
