Specs are listed in the screenshot, the CPU is overclocked to 4.62GHz. As you can see on the benchmark result, I have stuttering issues that doesn't exactly make the game unplayable but it's very annoying.

Yes, I know my CPU is weak but why can't it have a stable 55-60fps? What causes it to have a sudden spike? Please help me.

[Edit]
I turned off shader cache which reduced fps on average but removed those huge CPU spikes which has made the game much more playable and enjoyable.

Your platform is the reason you're experiencing the issues. Honestly, what else were you expecting from an FX-8320?

On second thoughts, please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

AMD FX-8320 Black Edition OC to 4.6GHz
Gigabyte 990XA-UD3
12GB DDR3 ram
240GB Kingston SSD
Game is installed on Firecuda 2TB
Asus Dual GeForce GTX 1660Ti
Windows 10 build 17763.805

Yes, I know CPU is weak but shouldn't it at least have stable FPS?
