Hey, I'm considering a new HSF, because my comp currently idles at 56...

Based on the price (22US) and the reviews on this site (46 dB and 40C) I'm thinking that this is the best way to go...i'd go for a silverado, but I'm just not willing to spend the cash for it right now, since I'm not a serious overclocker...

Any thoughts, insights, comments?

There are better heatsinks for the money. I currently run my Athlon 1ghz at 1.3 with my Alpha Pal 6035 and a 30db Thermaltake fan. What kind of processor do you plan on cooling with this heatsink? Realize that the fan used on the review was a black label Delta fan, really loud.
