I decided that I will build my new gaming pc. You guys were right, it is cheaper and I can put the parts I want in it. I got multiple answers for this but I only want one. If my budget is 2000. What parts would I need to make a pc that can play any game on the market and game that comes out on ultra settings no problem. with a cool case of course... what exactly would be best for me.

Solution
Instead of a GTX 780 here..http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2T5Bm put a 20nm Maxwell in the same price range. The thing about gysnc is you can still play on Ultra, have dips and still be super smooth.
I chose an 850w in case you wanted to SLI down the road.

I mean I was looking on buying another monitor but I already have one. I was going to buy one either way. I guess you can put up the budget a couple hundred dollars it would just take me a while to save. Whatever you think is best. I stated what I wanted out of the computer

Well.. If you say its going to take a while to save. I would wait for Nvidia and their 20nm Maxwell, hell maybe by then Intel's Haswell refresh and Z97 could be a possibility. With that extra money look into a 1440p G-sync monitor. I would suggest AMD and freesync but they have only shown it laptops which have a different connection from screen to motherboard.

I mean if you can go into specifics that would help. I just want the best possible build to take on any game max settings no sweat. I could probably save up next year or so depending whether or not I get a job.... But yeah I just need the best possible build for my price range. with a cool case XD

I would recommend spending less and buying:

i5-4670k $220 Amazon
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo $30 outlet pc
ASUS Z87-A ATX Intel Motherboard $140 amazon or newegg
GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-4GD GeForce GTX 770 4GB $390 +5.62 shipping Newegg
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) 76.49 newegg
LITE-ON DVD Burner - Bulk Black SATA Model iHAS124-04 - OEM $15 Newegg
Win 7 84.99 Newegg
Antec TruePower Classic series TP-650C 650W 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Power Supply $60 after 20 rebate Newegg
Rosewill BLACKHAWK Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $70 newegg
Samsung 250GB 840 Evo-Series SATA III Internal SSD $155 B&H

Now decide whether you want a 1080p or a higher res monitor.

I was looking through those that is interesting... Do you think what the guy's build mentioned above was what I need? I'll say again I don't want to have to worry about how powerful the game is. I want to take it on max settings. I have a long time to decide I just really want a kick ass computer for my budget.
just looking for the best build.............
thanks

What you need is an i5 or better. 650w psu if you want OC a single gpu system, 850w suggested if you plan to OC SLI gpus along withan OCd CPU. 8GB of RAM should be alright but I say 16GB because games are going to use 64bit, watchdogs is supposed to be 64bit only, the other reason is games like Skyrim can use the extra RAM when you change a few settings like uGridsToLoad which tells how many cells should be loaded within distance to player, I can really see TES VI using up a lot of RAM if you try these settings, which make the game much better.
I say go with single fastest GPU on 20nm you can afford at the time. Then as games get more demanding look into SLI. I also suggest the ASUS ROG motherboards because of the quality ASUS brings to the table with them. Seasonic for PSUs. Noctua fo cpu cooling.
