Alt key stuck....?

I've had this problem for a little over a month now. I thought CS:GO was causing the problem since it started when I started playing the game again, but I had it happen in FFXIV today. I've looked around everywhere for about a week now and nothing helped. I tried 3 different keyboards, 2 USB/1 PS2, I tried multiple USB ports also, front and back. I turned on and off sticky keys. I ran MULTIPLE scans with MSE (running another now). I changed keyboard settings in Region/Language. Updated drivers/rolledback drivers. I tried turning off processes/uninstalling programs. I probably tried some other stuff I can't think of right now.

So, today I said **** it. I formatted, re-installed and the problem came back after playing FFXIV for an hour or 2. I restarted my PC, (how I've been dealing with the problem, it starts happening again randomly 20 minutes - over a day if I'm lucky) went to play again and it happened in about 20 minutes.

Now I'm posting here hoping my ass off. The problem gets realllll annoying real fast. Can't type in Browsers, all of a sudden hitting ESC in a game minimizes, hitting tab minimizes anything I'm in and if I'm not in a game it just keeps the alt tab window opened, if I keep hitting tab it acts like alt is held down going through the programs. In CS:GO most of the time I will just keep playing even though I hit tab to check the score out of habit, because it doesn't interfere with anything else in the game and then I restart after.

From what I can recall, the problem hasn't happened outside of a game... but don't take my word on that 100%.

Specs -

i5-2500k
GTX 570
ASUS p8-p67 PRO
256gb Samsung 830
500gb WD blue
8gb Corsair

I haven't had any other problems, my GPU has been running hotter recently even though I dusted it a month ago, although one of my extra case fans died. The PC is a little over 2 years old now.

I have NEVER overclocked this PC.

I also have dual monitors which I move between a bunch, even while in games.

Well, some costumer one week ago had this problem, but with the number "8", we did a sfc /scannow and it solved the problem.
HOW TO DO:
Start -> in the search collum you type CMD and hit enter -> in the command prompt you type: sfc /scannow

This will find all corrupt files in windows and repair them.

I've looked at both of those threads, nothing has helped from them. I didn't do any other scans besides MSE, because I figured the format would fix anything related to software. Literally formatted less than 8 hours ago.

It was happening with CS:GO for weeks before I installed FFXIV, but the Malwarebytes full scan has 2 things founds so far, so let's hope I'm just stupid xP. I'm going to run their rootkit after.

Files Detected: 2
E:\AstroburnLite170-0175.exe (PUP.Optional.OpenCandy) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
E:\codec_pack_98990_ch.exe (PUP.BundleInstaller.DW) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

That's what the full scan found, was just on my storage. Doing their Root now.

**EDIT 2**
Malwarebytes Root found nothing.

Yeah, I didn't know what PUP was either, so I looked it up real quick. PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program). Anyways.... I decided to just avoid pressing ALT all day, it didn't happen until literally 15~ minutes ago. However, it did happen without hitting the alt key at all.

I'm lost on what to do though. If anyone has any ideas please do tell.

Alright, I found something interesting on a forum after the alt-tab bug acted differently, it started flickering instead with different symptoms.

What I found was..

TL;DR; After disabling all Windows services and re-enabling them step by step, I discovered that the bug went away when I disabled hidsys which is responsible for USB audio devices. So I checked my headset which comes with a USB sound card. Turns out it was broken, after deconnecting it everything was fine.

Sooo..

The headset I was using had a USB sound card. The little power light went out, I wasn't 100% sure when cause I had it covered with tape. However, the headset still worked. About.. a week ago.. maybe a little more the sound started dying on it, BUT the mic still worked and I didn't have another mic. So I was using 2 headsets. One as a mic off to the side (USB one) and my other headset. I just unhooked the headset cause I would rather not be able to talk, then have this bug.

Crossing my fingers hoping this problem will stop.

**EDIT**
It would also explain the weird timings when I think about it.

1) It ALWAYS happened with CS:GO which I talk in ALOT.
2) When I wasn't in CS:GO it didn't seem to happen.
3) HOWEVER, I hang out in a vent with a few people who have weird time schedules.

Well, it happened again. About 30 minutes ago. I'm really just lost at this point. The upside is for some reason it's only happened 3 times now in 2 days.

Alright... I just thought of something... and it might make this the DUMBEST thing ever (if this is the problem).. I have a Razer Lachesis... I never use the side buttons... I just looked... one of them is set to LALT........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

I feel like there should be 1000000000000000000 more dots there....

... man the mouse is old so the side ones I'm sure could stick or something if I hit them some how..

Well, like I said earlier.. let's hope I'm just an idiot... If it happens again I'll post again. If it doesn't happen in a few days.. I'll ask someone to slap me or something.

Weeell, yay for the Lachesis saving settings on the mouse right.. >_< Looks like it was the button on the mouse since I disabled it nothing has happened. I literally never use the buttons so I never even thought of it. Let's hope it stays fixed.

THANK YOU!! What I got from your last message about disabling services is that I remember using Advanced System Care 8's turbo boost which disabled the keyboard hotkeys, and even though it wasn't turned on it wasn't allowing me to remove the alt gr. So I unticked everything in turbo boost, saved, clicked ctrl and shift and now it's fixed! Fucking turbo boost...
