[SOLVED] Alt Tab in game causes extreme FPS drops and sometimes freezes games after upgrading to Windows 10

I recently upgraded my computer from windows 8.1 to windows 10 (64 bit) and since I did that, whenever I am playing a game and alt-tab out of it, the game will either lag (from 120fps to 20) or just completely freeze until I close it and restart. I have disabled game mode and looked for other forums but I haven't found anything that works yet.

Specs: GPU: AMD Radeon R9 390 Series
OS: Windows 10, 64 bit

I also installed ReLive so that may be a problem too.

I just did it and it didn't seem to work either. Any other ideas?

I searched for ReLIve and found a fitness app for Android... that didn't make sense and then further down page - https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/relive-install

I see it has some problems with alt tab - Needs reset to work
can cause GPU to crash - https://community.amd.com/thread/241012

try turning it off and see if you get a difference.
