Hello, i have an issue with my computer. When the issue happens the screen goes black, the speakers make a continuous noise and when they stop, the tower starts to make the power up noise continuously for 1-2 seconds and then stays like this. The only way to restart the computer is to shut it down by holding the power button, since the restart button makes the power up noise and then nothing.
I have the computer for 5-6 years and it started very rarely 3 years after i go it, did a format and then started to happen more often. Now it will happen atleast once a week and sometimes 2-3 times a day.
Most of the time it happens when i alt tab from game to browser(youtube or facebook) and vise versa. Some times it will happen while i use 3ds max but never on premiere-Ae or photoshop.
Once it happened while the computer was idle and downloading WoW.
I tried to cause it on purpose by alt tabing while having dota, smite and 3 youtube videos playing but nothing happend.

Sleep mode is off.
I keep the computer clean and even changed cooling paste.
I went to techs, they updated the drivers and bios (which i couldnt found how to update), cleaned it and changed the paste. I asked them if they had the same issue and told me that they didnt allow the computer to get higher temperature than 60 celsius.
I removed one of the ram sticks and noticed the cpu fan had dust pilled under it and cleaned it.
The issue happened again.(I didnt remove the other ram because i dont thing thats the problem)
I did stress tests but didnt let them for long because i was a bit afraid.
FurMark: Stress Test - 42 secs - 66c (nothing happened)
Prime95: Blend - 1m (nothing happended)
Prime95: In-Place large FFTs - 1,10s (nothing happened)
Tried Furmark and Prime95 at the same time : 30s - 65c (still nothing happened)
I read somewhere this "If the computer does not turn off after staying idle in CMOS, your operating system installation may be corrupt. We recommended that you erase everything and reinstall Microsoft Windows." Left it idle for 6m but it didnt turn off (I dont know if thats suppose to happen or if i did it correctly).

Event Viewer says these errors everytime the issue happens.
Critical - Kernel Power - Event ID (41) - Task Category (63)
Error - EventLog - Event ID (6008) - Task Category (none)

The only thing i can imagine causing it, is the Psu. What do you think?

I forgot to mention that the psu cable was a bit loose and whenever it was moved it made electric sounds, so i replaced it with a spare one and the next 2 times the issue happened the computer was able to restart by it's own without getting stuck.
