Question Alt tab slows down alot entire PC

Why doing alt tab absolutely destroying my computer? Getting out and back in to games are pain, screen desktop res doing something while the alt tab for 3-4 seconds, then game itself are mostly either freeze or crash to desktop without any error message. For this reason I'm forced to play in windowed mode only and cannot benefit the NVIDIA Image scaling, that feature works only in fullscreen.

I did disabled fullscreen optimizations to that game exe because I did read on Google that may increase CPU usage and temps,

Any help?
