Alt-Tabbing into a game now either takes a few seconds and/or its blackscreen frozen for a bit then appears

Ever since about two weeks ago, whenever I alt-tab out of a game, its smooth, but when i try to alt-tab back into it, the game is either blackscreen for a few seconds or has some weird graphical flickers before working fine again. This used to not happen, and if I recall I think it started happening after I updated my graphics drivers. I realize that borderless windowed exists, but for some games I play the performance on them isn't as good when its in borderless windowed, such as with "osu!". Does anybody know a fix?

I am running the 1803 update. I'm guessing I will just have to wait until another update is out for it to most likely be fixed?

I am pretty sure an update is out
Try updating Windows and see if it helps out

Ah, usually I get a notification for these sort of things, but I manually checked for an update and yes, there is one out. Thank you!
