Alt Tabbing Issue

I am having an issue that started 3-4 weeks ago that will minimize my games if in fullscreen, and you can also see it alt tabbing or "losing focus?" On screen that aren't fullscreen. I have ran virus software, in normal mode and safe mode. I have turned off all programs except the game I am trying to run and it still minimizes it. I am not sure what else to do.

Anyone got any ideas? It's really annoying and I would hate to have to reformat just because of this stupid issue that just randomly started. I appreciate all help.

which game? is your game goes into windowed mode or just got minimized into taskbar and not getting restored

It does it on all fullscreen games, like h1z1

In windowed, it still loses focus and alt tabs, but I can keep playing. It doesn't minimize it like it does for fullscreen. I have deleted Norton also and tried it. It has went from like doing it every minute, to every 10-15 minutes. Still doing it though.

if your game screen goes into windowed mode then just press ALT+ENTER to restore game into full screen mode or if you wanna minimize the game to task bar press WINDOW+D.
