Question Alt Tabbing out and in of CSGO causing FPS drops

Hey guys,

So yeah as the tittle say's I'm getting massive FPS drops when alt tabbing in and out of CSGO, Never had the problem before and I don't know where to begin fixing the issue, I play Valorant as well and that game is fine as far as I'm know.

Nothing is screaming out like performance with my GPU and CPU seem fine. I noticed a quick temporary fix for it and that is changing resolution and then changing it back bit of a pain to do this every time I alt tab though.

I only have -tickrate 128 -novid set as my launch options and every graphic setting is on low. I've tieId reinstalling the game again but that didn't work.

Yeah I'm a little baffled on how to go about this,

I did record a short video.

As you can see the 1st bit is me absolutely fine running and jumping around. It looks a bit meh actually when on screen but that's down to the recording itself. Then you see me Alt tab from around 24 secs onwards it just goes bad.

Any help would be great, I'll continue trying to troubleshoot myself.

Update, Seems like I have found the problem. It was caused by a app called Groupy, Once I closed it down problem disappeared
