My right speakers seem to keep fading in and out in volume. The left speakers seem to work fine, but my right ones' volumes are much lower. I'm using a Creative Live! X-Gamer 5.1 sound card with them.

Could be one of your cables either gone bad of not firmly seated. Also check to see if Altec Lansing has new software out if this is one of there usb models.

Well, I tried playing a song and it seems my right speakers keep fading in and out.. And I checked my plugs, but they're all in as firmly as possible. It's really annoying me, too..

A co-worker said that they had good customer service. He had an old set that didn't work at all. I think all you have to have is proof that you bought it or something. Why don't you try calling Altec Lansing.

They do have good (at least fast?) customer support. I just hope I can get my speakers fixed/replaced.

So did you get a new set sent to you?
