Question Altering field of view orientation

Hello,

Are there any VR headsets that would enable me to change the field of view orientation so that it would seem as if I was sitting and looking straight forward when I am actually laying on my belly, looking straight down.

The reason I am interested in this is because due to complications related to a spinal cord injury, I spend most of my time laying on my belly and looking face down. I cannot turn my head very far to the left or right without experiencing pain. Because of my situation, I was wondering if there is a VR headset that would enable me to see my computer screen while I’m lying on my belly.

The developer guides for the Oculus indicate that there is a base rotation setting that one can modify. I'm not sure how one would access that as an end user, however.

Using Steam's Virtual Desktop and my Lenovo Windows Mixed Reality headset, I can reset the alignment regardless of which way my head is turned.

Thanks for your help. I am comparing other mixed reality headsets because the Lenovo Windows Mixed Reality seems to have been discontinued.

Not sure it's headset related, but more software related. It's the Steam Virtual Desktop software that allows for the orientation that you desire (I think).
