Question Alternative cooling solution for multiple loud switches on a rack?

Hi,

I'm trying to build a system rack cabinet for my home-office with one UPS, one NAS (maybe one added later) and two switches with loud 3-pin fans (another switch might be added later).
I thought to replace the fans with Noctua ones, but still I can be more enlightened, if there is a solution to control these fans outside the devices and give these devices dummy signals or anything you can recommend me.
This rack cabinet would be located in a corridor, as a wall mount rack and its effect would make it worse, I think.
On top of the rack cabinet, I decided to use a thermostatically controlled two-fan module.
Could you help me in this?

Welcome to the forums and a Happy New Year, newcomer!

I was going to suggest Noctua fans when reading the thread's title only to see you've thought of that already. If so, then yes that's the route to take/go;

is what I was also thinking of doing if I managed to get a switch of that caliber/design/nature.

Might I ask what switch you're looking at?
Thank you!

My current switch pair is from these: https://www.tp-link.com/us/business-networking/omada-sdn-switch/tl-sg3210xhp-m2/v1/
My future one would be this one: https://www.tp-link.com/us/business-networking/omada-sdn-switch/tl-sx3206hpp/
They have all double 12 volts 3-pin 40x40x20 fans each, which are extremely loud.
I bought 6 Noctua NF-A4x20 FLXs, which I saw here:
