Alternative for Tree Size Professional

I'm looking for a free alternative to the software "Tree Size Professional".
The option I need:
- Viewing foldersize
- Viewing permissions per folder / file
- Accessing and viewing network drives

I've searched google a lot and have found software like
- WinDirStat
- TreeSizeFree
and some other I already deleted and forgot..
just too much
but almost none of them view permissions, and if they do, they don't allow network drives..

Any suggestions?

I believe SpaceMonger version 1.4. It's an older program but I think it will work for you.

Can't find the permissions in SpaceMonger.. Also, isn't there a clearer view, like the normal explorer view instead of those coloured blocks?

Well for the permissions I just right click on the block and choose properties and as for the colors i don't think there's anything you can do about that.

I'm really looking for something that gives me a clear view over the permissions. I use a complicated permission structure and want to overview it better. Size for the folders would just be a nice feature.
