I've purchased my first gaming PC from them and it's gone 2 years strong and still going, but it's time for an upgrade.
So i purchased a brand new gaming PC from them just a month back, received it and had a dead on a arrival graphics card. Had it sent back and repaired and replaced the faulty graphics card. Once it returned it was still running into problems, constantly crashing and blue screening. Memory problems, Nvidia drivers up to date and still crashing. Security errors.
Talked to sales support and received nothing but the [removed] help. In the process of getting a refund now.

This is where the most frustration comes in. Building a PC myself is not an option, i have the money and would like to purchase a custom pre-assembled system.

Should i try again and purchase another system from them? What is stopping them from sending me the same broken components?

Are there any similar sites that offer the same service as cyberpower at a REASONABLE price. Yes it is cheaper to build your own, but the system i bought from cyberpower at $1300, could have only saved me $50-100 if i built it myself.

So the question remains, try again or find another service? What are your experience with cyberpower today?

Watch the language. - G

Workstation PCs =/= gaming PCs. I personally wouldn't touch Cyberpower with a 10 foot pole, you could definitely build your own and get a better rig out of it.

Like i said in the original post, building my own is not an option for me.
Cyberpower is a No-Go from now on, first build was fine, second had too many problems they would not resolve.
http://www.pugetsystems.com/ is what i am looking at since they are only an hour away from me. I hope they can offer a good service.

In the future i hope to be able to find someone that can assist me in building my own from scratch to avoid these problems.

The thing that infuriates me the most is that cyberpower is NOT an honest company. I personally do not mind paying more money for someone to build a gaming PC if they are going to be honest rather than spending less for a dishonest company like cyberpower.

I've heard a lot of good things about Puget Systems so I'd go with over Cyberpower any day of the week. Yeah it definitely helps if you know someone with building experience. Or the alternative is to buy the parts and take it to a local shop and have them assemble it for you. Another alternate is to check out NCIX - if you want the DIY feel without the DIY hassle you can buy the parts there and they'll assemble the rig for you for like an extra $50.

http://www.pugetsystems.com/?u=139873 Approximately how much could i save building this system myself? How much would i save using NCIX? and with NCIX can i still use their services from Washington state?

Is the power supply and motherboard Okay from the system i built on puget systems? I was looking to keep it all under $1500
Edit: Is Kingston RAM just as good as G.Skills or Corsair memory?

Puget Systems are a bit on the expensive side to build a rig for you.

Where did you see NCIX's service to put together your system for about an extra $50?

This is what i was hoping to build, if NCIX is able to provide any help that would be amazing.
