Alternative to the ASRock H97 Pro4 LGA 1150?

Hey guys,
I've decided to build my own computer for the first time on like a $700-$1K budget and so far I've decided on these parts:

Processor: Intel core i5-4460 3.1 Ghz

Motherboard: ASRock H97 Pro4 LGA 1150 <--------------------------

Ram: G. Skill ripjaws 8gb (2x4gb) DDR3-1600

Harddrive: Western digital caviar blue 1 Terrabyte

Graphics card: Gigabyte geforce gtx 960 2gb

Power source: Seasonic 620W 80+ bronze certified

Case: NZXT S340 ATX Mid tower

My issue is I am from Australia and it is hard to get my hands on the ASRock H97 Pro4 LGA 1150 and was wondering if anyone could recommend an alternative to it at around the same price, I would really appreciate it!

the msi pc mate not a bad mb for the money picked a few up from micro center when they had thee 99.00 mb and combo sale. two friend untis been running fine.
