Hello Tomshardware!

My friend is almost at the final stage of building his very first gaming computer. However We've run into a slight issue.

Current build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CM7v9W

The problem is simply that the EVGA supernova G2 650w power supply is out of stock in almost every store that sells it in our area.

We've been told that this power supply is good, but we don't really know what makes it good. Which means we're struggling to find an alternative.

If anyone could recommend some power supplies around the same price range or just give us advice on what to look for we'd be greatful!

Thanks!

Why not go with the Supernova G3?

Same thing as the G2, can only be ordered online at very sketchy stores.

Okay, I see.
