Question Alteryx workflow using python

I am a newbie in Alteryx - has anyone ever built an ETL workflow using python? I know how to read and run the jupyter notebook through import script in the alteryx menu but not sure how to run my code as multiple steps of the workflow. Please answer?

ETL being "Extract, Transform, Load" - correct?

Show/post what you have done or attempted thus far. Some example or script of what you have coded thus far.

What code (Python if I understand correctly), what steps, etc..

Then refer to that code to ask specific questions.
