Its always at 90-100 degrees celsius, I have an i5 4460. please help

Do you have a CPU Cooler? If not that is dangerous to the chips health. IF you do, I recommend checking that the cooler is on and properly set (Thermal Paste etc). Are you doing any overclocking too? Give me as much information about the situation as you can.

well i got it fixed, the cooler wasnt on properly, but thanks anyway
