Always Finding Cheap OS on eBay from Europe?

Hi,

Okay so why do I always find really cheap OS from Europe on eBay? And it always seems to be Windows 7 Pro.

I have bought some before from France and it works and it verified with Microsoft just fine and everything..

This <Edited> is an example from Germany.

So I am just wanting some thoughts as to why this is.. Thank you

(Oh and usually they just send the pin through messages which is why shipping is free)

Because they are not legit licenses. Do they work initially? Probably.
But those are almost certainly "not for resale". TechNet, MSDN, academic licenses, bought in bulk with a stolen credit card...
These sales are the main reason the TechNet program got shut down.

Ask the seller how they can sell a $150 item for $44.

That's a very good question. Should we all on the USA start purchasing or OS from Europe?
