Always going to boot menu

I have a dell laptop. Windows 8 installed on it. When i try to on my laptop my laptop automatically goes into boot menu. Just like always pressing F12. I checked the keyboard button it worked fine when laptop completely on. But somehow I always goes into the boot menu without pressing the F12. And have to select hard drive to boot or press esc button.

Please help me.

Sounds like there may be a setting in the BIOS not set properly.
Go into the BIOS and make sure the first boot device is your hard drive.
Also, take out any USB devices and try it again.

Just like I told before I cannot access any of the button. F12 always starts the bootmenu.

I tried several times to go to bios menu but except F12 any other option are not working. is there any other way to go to bios menu.

I try the method but again F12 get me into the boot menu not in th trouble shoot menu as i saw in the link.

On my computer I have the boot menu enabled in the bios.
Pressing F-12 at startup pulls up the boot manager.

Pressing the Delete key shows the BIOS screen.

Dell, on the link I provided, says to press F-2 to access the BIOS.

Follow the 6 steps provided.
Step 6 should bring up the BIOS screen.

My system is like presing f12 by default on start up. if f12 button already pressed then how f2 works in that situation. thata why i don't go into the bios menu.
