Anybody know how to fix this? This has been happening for the last couple of weeks and at first i thought maybe the anti virus was running a full scan which i know takes a while
but it's just getting annoying at this point. I've attached screenshots hopefully they help

I've tried to restart pc, disable some settings but it's just always running and using high memory

Yeah .. for a gaming system this is low.
You may want to upgrade to 16GB (or may be even 32GB).

Low or not that doesn't explain why i can't use my pc properly like i could 2 weeks ago
I open more than 4 chrome tabs and then open up discord and it'll crash anything i open
This was not happening to me 2 weeks ago, i tried running a malware scan and nothing.

For the sake of relevance, right click on Start>System. The newly opened window should show you what version you're on. As for your OS, where did you source the installer from?

Windows 10 creation tool thing, it was legit i didn't download some random iso
I've posted the version above if you scroll up

Did you change any virtual memory settings in windows?

Did you change A-XMP/DOCP settings in BIOS?

Pretty sure i haven't, 2 weeks ago my pc was running fine and since then i haven't messed with any settings just been coming home watching netflix and browsing
Maybe an application has tampered with it or something? Where do i check that

EDIT: Settings seem fine to me
I use my ssd for windows, hard drive for everything else
And no i haven't messed with my BIOS
