Am/FM on Bluetooth work radio stopped working

I have an "ion job rocker" Bluetooth radio I use for work. One day the am and fm just stopped working. No static, no noise. The display works but it won't show what station it's on. Bluetooth still works fine though and it's a pretty good radio so I really don't want to drop another hundred plus on a new one.

Any suggestions?

These items are made disposable...
Try contacting ION Support for help. Or find a local Ham Radio club which would like to check what inside, it could be as simple as bad input selector.
