AM/FM Radio to PCI Slot

Here one day, I got a wacky idea of building an AM/FM radio card to PCI Slot. I guess it's possible, but I need to know of the voltages in PCI Slots and such. Would anyone possibly know a good web site, where I could get a deeper insight to such matters? And if anyone has any experience with similar projects, I would like to hear good hints/ tips.

I don't know about a PCI Radio, but www.thinkgeek.com do stock a 5" bay radio. Which looks rather funky might I add.
